At ID Partners, we supported this effort by creating training and support tools that would communicate and apply best practices company-wide. We delivered the project in four phases, producing 20 eLearning courses packed with video, animation, and interactive elements, along with performance support tools. This program established a strong safety culture throughout the organization and, so far, has reduced the total recordable incident rate by over 50%.
- A leading platform for version control and collaboration aimed to boost manager capabilities and establish clear standards and expectations across the organization. ID Partners developed 4 learning paths focused on application with 8-9 eLearning modules each, plus support tools, to guide managers through the experience. The organization recently celebrated the successful completion of the program by all managers, and we are now collaborating on a program to support new-to-role managers.

ID Partners stepped in to create 3 targeted eLearning courses for various audiences within the organization. These courses provided essential cybersecurity knowledge and practices, tailored to meet the specific needs of each group. - A pioneering neuroscience/technology company developed an innovative app to help users optimize performance and reduce stress through neurohacking. ID Partners collaborated with them to create an engaging eLearning course and short videos that explain the science behind the app and best practices for its use. We’re now working together on tailored versions of the content to support specific audiences such as students and healthcare workers.
