Inconsistent training had created performance gaps that were showing up in incident rates. ID Partners built a comprehensive safety learning program delivered in four phases: 20 eLearning courses with video, animation, and interactive elements, plus performance support tools for on-the-job reinforcement. The result was a strong safety culture established company-wide, resulting in a 50%+ reduction in the total recordable incident rate.
- A fast-growing technology platform needed to scale manager capability across the organization and establish consistent standards as their team expanded. ID Partners developed four structured learning paths, each with 8–9 eLearning modules focused on practical application, plus support tools to reinforce learning on the job. Every manager in the organization completed the program. We’re now building a follow-on program specifically for new-to-role managers — supporting the next stage of their growth.
